At Heritage, we stand by the craftsmanship of our garments and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
